The room had decent amenities and was spacious enough for a family. The location provided easy access to local attractions, which was a plus.

Unfortunately, the lack of towels and the condition of the beds left much to be desired. The parking situation created frustration with limited available spots and excessive time spent searching. Also, the breakfast options were severely limited, affecting the overall experience.

Request additional amenities early. they are not provided automatically but are delivered promptly when asked.

i thought staying at spark plaza would be a lavish experience, but instead, you have to ask them to clean your room! what a shocker, right? also, the breakfast options are limited as if it’s a cheap diner. i almost gave a good review, but i never got a complimentary drink for my troubles. unfathomable!

I had a wonderful stay for 2 nights in a Beautiful Double Room with my family. The staff was friendly, especially Miss Walaa, who stood out for her attentiveness. The place was super clean and had a nice breakfast. The prices felt very reasonable too. 😊

I’ve seen better – but worse too

The warm hospitality from the manager and the receptionist truly made our stay memorable. The room was comfortable, and we felt genuinely cared for during a significant moment in our lives.

While the experience was enjoyable, occasional noise from the surroundings was a minor drawback that we noticed during our stay.

stayed at spark plaza for 5 nights and it was a lovely experience! the staff was super welcoming and responded quickly to my needs. breakfast was exceptional with a great variety. the location was perfect, just a short taxi ride away from local coffee shops and restaurants.

i would say that the noise from the street was a bit distracting at times.
